As all of our sofas are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once production has started. However, in the rare event that your sofa arrives damaged we will take immediate action to resolve the issue.

Due to the bespoke nature of our pieces, production times can vary from 2 - 5 weeks. Once your sofa is ready we will contact you for a delivery time.
